SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are shipped to the address indicated on your account unless you notify us differently.

All "made to order" purchases are final and cannot be canceled or returned.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us!

All custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to complete and all ready-to-ship items will be sent out within 3-5 business days of receiving the payment for your purchase. If you need your order within a shorter time frame please contact me at lauraclausondesign@gmail.com to discuss the possibility of rushing your order.
