My weekend foraged bouquets during the Spring we’re always a collection of wildflowers or flowering weeds. These watercolor blossoms are named Elegant Clarkia, in honor of Captain William Clark who, along with Meriwether Lewis, led the famed Lewis and Clark expedition in the early 1800s. The history of this simple, overlooked flower brings an added layer of nostalgia and charm to this Meriwether mini collection.
